When Lin spoke at the January 2012 breakfast meeting of the Professional Women of Williamson County, it was on a topic which had sparked many discussions in our group. In her presentation, "3 Rs of Leadershp Style," Lin provided insight in how to best lead others in the many different roles we play. By understanding the mindset of our followers she helped us adapt our style to achieve the desired results. I personally was able to apply the new skills I learned in a service organization leadership role and the results were outstanding. Thanks Lin for shedding light on a timely topic. C. Eckelkamp, PWOW President
