It is said that we can’t really manage time; we can only manage our energy.  Everyone has the same 24 hours in a day.  This workshop uses as its base Habits 2 and 3 from Stephen Covey’s book, The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.  In this session, you will learn to distinguish between importance and urgency and how to  steal energy from ineffective actions to provide more time for the things truly important in your life or business.
